The Eritrean immigrants share church space with Hayward's long-standing St. Antonius Coptic Orthodox Church, which is part of a millions-strong and ancient religious community centered in Alexandria, Egypt."This is the greatest religious holiday in the church," said Tedros Tesfay, deacon of St. Mary Eritrean Orthodox Church in Hayward.
