Day 48 (7th Saturday of the Holy Great Fast)
“And that you may remember and do all My commandments, and be holy for your God.” (Num 15:40)
መጽሓፍ በትረ ኖላዊ እትብል ንውሉደ ክህነት ኣብ ኣገልግሎት ንምሕጋዝ ተባሂሉ ዝተዳለወት ብልጽቲ መጽሓፍ እያ። እዛ መጽሓፍ ንመሸጣ ኣብ ኣብ ዕዳጋ ቀሪባ ከምዘላን ኣብዚ ክትዕድግዋ/ክትገዝእዋ ከም እትኽእሉን ንሕብር።
When I sing a song in the church or in my prayers, I always ask myself if I meant it or not. Do you do the same? Some of the songs we sing are promises we make in front of God. In our songs, we tell him that we are going to Praise, Respect, and Serve.... Him, and we keep on telling him that we will always be His children, and will never be attracted to the world and follow Him forever. This reminds me the verses of St Mark 14:27-31, where Jesus predicts Peter's denial (Mathew 26:31-35).
Day 24 (4th Wednesday of the Great Fast)
“Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, in everything give thanks; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.” (1 Thes 5:16-18)
Day 46 (7th Thursday of the Holy Great Fast)
“Blessed are those who keep His testimonies, Who seek Him with the whole heart! They also do no iniquity; They walk in His ways.” (Ps 119:2-3)
