Diocese
of the Eritrean Orthodox Church in North America
has completed its Seventh Annual Conference under
the theme verse of "Trust in the LORD with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding." Proverbs 3.1-7. It
took place in Washington, DC at Medhanie-Alem
Orthodox Church from July 28 to 31, 2005.
Our beloved father,
His Holiness
Patriarch Antonios did not attend the conference despite the fact that he wanted to lead the conference.
However, he sent a letter and it was read to the congregators; people felt his blessings and his presence in the conference and wished he was there.
As usual people came from all over USA, Canada,
and Europe.

Sincere appreciation

May the never-ending
grace of God be with each one of them for their efforts and love of God and service.
Several
other people must also be thanked for the labor
of love they devoted to their specific tasks.
The Conference was a complete success because
of their selfless devotion. We want to thank
all participants for allowing the Lord to use
them to His glory. We thank God for each and
every one of you.
The
next conference will be in
Los Angeles, CA in
August, 2006. Detail will be posted in due time.

glory be to our God who blessed us in such a
successful Conference.
